Copilot Settings

Configure your AI Copilot's behavior, goals, and knowledge resources. Access Copilot Settings by navigating to /dashboard/copilot/settings from your dashboard.

Define Goals & Upload Resources​

  • Set Organizational Goals:

    • Clearly define business objectives (e.g., increase customer satisfaction, reduce support costs, improve retention).
    • Helps the AI understand priorities and tailor responses accordingly.

  • Upload Supporting Resources:

    • Add relevant PDFs, CSV, TXT, or MD files (up to 20MB) to give the AI more context about your organization.
    • Improves accuracy and relevance in Copilot responses.
    File Visibility

    Resources uploaded in Copilot Settings are private. They are only accessible to the Copilot and are not shared with Inbox Auto-Reply. To configure public resources for auto-reply, use Inbox AI Settings.

These settings give you full control over how the Copilot understands your organization — from business goals to the knowledge resources it draws on when assisting your team.
