Please note that facebook story analytics and Instagram Story analytics are not available right now.

Analytics Section

The Analytics section provides critical analysis of your connected social media accounts on TrueBeep.

Viewing Analytics​

To see the analytics of your social media accounts:

  • Click on the platforms under the Analytics menu.

Facebook Analytics​

If you click on Facebook, you can access:

  • Insights about:
    • Total Posts
    • Share Count
    • Likes Count
    • Comment Count
  • Three graphs showing:
    • Engagement Rate
    • Impression
    • Reactions
  • Filters available: Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly.
  • Post-specific insights for every Facebook post.

Instagram Analytics​

If you click on Instagram, you can access:

  • Insights about:
    • Total Posts
    • Likes Count
    • Comment Count
  • Four graphs showing:
    • Reach
    • Clicks
    • Impression
    • Profile Views
  • Filters available: Weekly and Monthly.
  • Post-specific insights for every Instagram post.

LinkedIn Analytics​

If you click on LinkedIn, you can access:

  • Insights about:
    • Total Posts
    • Unique Impression Count
    • New Follower Count
    • Share Count
    • Share Mentions Count
    • Engagement Rate
    • Click Count
    • Like Count
    • Impression Count
    • Comment Count
  • Four graphs showing:
    • Likes
    • Clicks
    • Impression
    • Engagement Rate
  • Filters available: Weekly and Monthly.

TikTok Analytics​

If you click on TikTok, you can access:

X (Twitter) Analytics​

If you click on X (Twitter), you can access:

  • Insights about:
    • Total Posts
    • Likes Count
    • Retweets Count
    • Replies Count
    • Impressions
    • Engagements
  • Post table with:
    • Media thumbnail preview
    • Content text preview
    • Posted Date with time
    • Type badge (Text, Image, or Video)
    • Likes, Retweets, Replies, Impressions, Engagements columns
  • Filters available: Date range selection with start and end dates.
  • Search functionality to find specific posts by content.
  • Pagination with configurable page size.
  • Post-specific insights for every tweet.
  • Direct link to view the original tweet on X (Twitter).

YouTube Shorts Analytics​

If you click on YouTube, you can access:

  • Channel-level insights:
    • Subscribers count
    • Total Videos
    • Public Videos
    • Total Views
  • Video Insights table with:
    • Title (searchable)
    • Published Date with time
    • Type badge (Shorts vs Video)
    • Privacy Level badge (Public, Unlisted, or Private)
    • Views, Likes, Comments, Shares columns
    • View Video link to original YouTube video
  • Filters available: Date range selection with start and end dates.
  • Search functionality to find specific videos by title.
  • Pagination with configurable page size (10, 25, 50, 100 rows).
  • Column visibility and reordering with personalization settings.
  • Export functionality for analytics data.
